Walk-ins are welcome whenever stations are free, but weekends fill fast. We recommend reserving a bay online for Friday and Saturday evenings. Tournament nights and private lodge bookings always require advance reservation.

The lodge is open daily from 11am to 1am, with the canopy bar serving until midnight. Ranger coaching camps run on weekend mornings by appointment. Statutory holidays follow a reduced noon-to-10pm schedule.

Kensington is a dense neighbourhood, so we recommend transit — we're a five-minute walk from Spadina station and the 510 streetcar. The Green P lot on St. Andrew Street is the closest paid parking. Bike racks are right outside our door.

All ages are welcome during daytime hours. After 9pm the floor becomes 18+ except for private bookings. Coaching camps for players under 16 require a guardian's sign-off at registration.

Absolutely — every station has spare USB and 3.5mm ports for your own mouse, keyboard or headset. You can log into your own game accounts, and we wipe all session data on logout for privacy. Cloud saves stay with your profile.
